Notes:
On a suggestion, and a whim, I purchased this CD during the
1999 Wizard Comic-con. I knew nothing about it, other
than it was Yokko Kanno. I have not been
displeased. Kanno-san has once again crafted a truly
remarkable musical experience. Sure there are a couple
tracks which are so-so, but the rest of the album is
just plain fun to listen too. The vocals by Seika
Iwashita and Kokia are terrific, and the whole mood of this CD reminds me a bit
of Escaflowne, so if you liked that music, perhaps you should
check this one out. |
