Notes:
Hikaru Utada is one of the biggest pop singers
to come from Japan in some time. I believe
she was 15 or 16 when she recorded this album,
but you wouldn't be able to tell by listening to
it. This hardly sounds like a first album
from someone so young. Although most of
the songs have a very poppy 'dance' feel to
them, the whole album is pretty well rounded.
It came with a bonus track, the Johnny Vicious
remix of Automatic which I could easily do
without, but the rest of the album is a treat to
listen to for those looking for a modern 'Pop'
sound. |
